Transblue began in 2004 as a small landscaping company, performing work for homes and businesses around Seattle, Washington. From its modest beginnings, Transblue has grown into a national construction and facility management company working with residential and commercial clients throughout the country.
With decades of experience in construction, facility management, and snow and ice services, Transblue continues to serve a diverse clientele, with a range of services that keep Transblue in business no matter the season, no matter the location. Through it all, Transblue has partnered with local charities, non-profits, and church organizations honoring our commitment to improving the communities we serve.
In 2019, Transblue launched its franchising arm, seeking to bring its community-focused contracting model to more cities throughout the United States. With its high margins, quick-paying projects, and asset-light business model, we believe our franchisee partners can better serve their families and their communities utilizing our system.
The journey to Transblue began in 2004. We’ve come a long way since our humble beginnings, growing and shifting our business model until it’s grown into what it is today.
Transblue prides itself on its world-class processes, high margins, quick-paying projects and proprietary asset-light business model.
We are a business focused on building a group of world class franchisees who are trained, diligent, professional, profitable, and who care about the communities they live and grow their businesses in.
At Transblue, we believe that family and community come first. Each member of our team invests their time and energy into their own communities – whether through coaching youth sports, volunteering at a local food bank, or serving at their local place of worship. Our community is important to us and our Franchisees.
Servant leadership is based on the principle that a good leader knows how to serve others. At Transblue, we lead by understanding what you need and helping you find solutions and approaches tailored to your unique situation. We listen, then help.
Many franchises need tons of equipment, personnel, and production space to be successful. Transblue’s unique asset-light model keeps your initial investment low and gets you earning faster. We believe in the power of technology to keep your business lean and productive, giving you more time to spend with family.
We currently work with some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world, professional athletes, entertainers, Grammy-award winning musicians, and industry leaders. The Transblue model offers national strength and industry knowledge that sets us apart in the industry.
In considering the next level for our business, we developed a program and model that serves as the basis for a franchise operation: a model which offers general contracting and commercial maintenance for local residents and businesses, based on the core values of God, family, and then business.
Quality of life is a key to the Transblue franchise relationship. We are committed to building with our franchisees, supporting our franchisees, and most importantly, we are committed to facilitating the success of our franchisees.
