Our director of franchise development, Vince Ortiz, recently sat down with Franchising World Magazine (page 22) to share his insights on building a strong foundation of support for franchisees and his advice for emerging franchisors.

“Throughout the pandemic, we awarded and trained only four franchises, paused our advertising and lead generation efforts, and focused solely on support. It’s all about learning to roll with the punches and always trying to learn and improve,” Ortiz said.
3. Make the Switch to 100% Franchise-Owned
Transblue began in 2004 as a small landscaping company, but officially launched our franchising arm in 2019. Now, three years later, Transblue is 100% franchise-owned, a leading component for our rapid growth on a national scale.
“This switch has allowed us to completely focus on franchisee satisfaction, putting ourselves in their place, and being hands-on to understand everything they are doing, and rewarding them for taking the leap towards franchise ownership.”
