Building a Foundation of Franchise Support

Developing your franchise community to thrive as a strong network is the foundation for success.

Since launching our franchise initiative in 2019, we’ve welcomed 13 franchisees across territories nationwide. Despite the pandemic, our premier outdoor project management concept continues to flourish thanks to our 120+ years of combined industry experience. All of this combined with our solidified inner processes and technology that lay the foundation for maximized growth. The Transblue Franchise commits to helping support our franchisees.

Our director of franchise development, Vince Ortiz, recently sat down with Franchising World Magazine (page 22) to share his insights on building a strong foundation of support for franchisees and his advice for emerging franchisors.

1, Lay a Strong Foundation

To create a viable franchise opportunity, a franchisor must first develop the infrastructure for the entire franchise business. The best thing you can do for both franchisees and your brand is invest. Because investing in your processes and systems early on builds on that momentum.

“By being hands-on and having a passion for developing effective franchisor-franchisee relationships, you’re bound to result in teams that consistently exceed metrics and grow your brand at a tremendous pace,” Ortiz said.

2. Place Emphasis on Support, Then Add More Support for your Franchise

Having a strong network is essential for any career. We take our franchisee relationships seriously. So our team will personally guide you throughout the franchise process to help you thrive. Your success is our success, and we’re proud to strive for 100% franchisee satisfaction.

“Throughout the pandemic, we awarded and trained only four franchises, paused our advertising and lead generation efforts, and focused solely on support. It’s all about learning to roll with the punches and always trying to learn and improve,” Ortiz said.

3. Make the Switch to 100% Franchise-Owned

Transblue began in 2004 as a small landscaping company, but officially launched our franchising arm in 2019. Now, three years later, Transblue is 100% franchise-owned, a leading component for our rapid growth on a national scale.

“This switch has allowed us to completely focus on franchisee satisfaction, putting ourselves in their place, and being hands-on to understand everything they are doing, and rewarding them for taking the leap towards franchise ownership.”
