Due to the popularity of online shopping, the retail industry was changing. Shiraz was looking for more stability and industry he could rely on. He wanted work, life, balance, and less risk. As the retail world changed, Shiraz knew it was time for a change of his own.

Balancing work with life was a top priority for Shiraz. His family and community are an essential part of his life, so having a business where he could prioritize what matters while also running a successful business was paramount. Owning a Transblue franchise allows him to take a step back from work, which allowed him to focus on what matters he never had before. No more unpredictable hours to work his life around anymore; he can now make his hours, creating the life he wants to lead.
