After you’ve received the information, a member of our team will reach out to you for a brief, introductory call. This will allow us to learn more about each other and determine if your goals can be met by investing in a Transblue franchise.

Once we’ve determined you’re a good cultural fit and are financially qualified to own a Transblue franchise, we move forward with our discovery process. We schedule interviews with Transblue franchise owners so that you can pick their brains about their experience with the brand, what you can expect, and answer any questions you may have.

FDD and Meet the Team Day

We also send you a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document, which includes comprehensive information regarding financial performance, costs & fees, leadership structure, and more for you to review.

Shortly after you’ve reviewed the FDD, we will schedule an in-person Meet the Team Day event at our home office in Monroe, Washington. Here, you will meet the executive team and learn even more about the opportunity, as well as get answers to any remaining questions you may have. At the end of Meet the Team Day, you will sign a franchise agreement, and congratulations! You’re now a member of the Transblue franchise family!

Now the Transblue franchise support begins in earnest. We will schedule your in-person training at our home office, where you will learn every aspect of our business model, from how to win clients to how to manage projects, market effectively in your territory, and much, much more. By the time you leave training, you will be ready to launch your new business with confidence.
