Honoring Outstanding Franchisees at First Annual Convention

We recently held our first annual franchisee conference in San Diego, where our operators from all corners of the country gathered to celebrate our commitment, dedication and success of the company over the last year.

This was the first franchisee conference since we began franchising in 2019, and it provided an opportunity for franchisees to network and learn from the company’s esteemed executive team.

Amid the conference, top performing operators were also recognized for their incredible accomplishments and successes with awards.

Tim and Monica Lyon, multi-unit owners of the Ballard and Bellevue, WA locations took home several awards, including Franchise of the Year, the Transblue Navigator Award and the Core Value “For Each Other” award. The husband-and-wife ownership duo led the system as the top sales producer with $5.9 million in revenue in only their second year in business.

Additional franchisees recognized for their commitment to the brand’s core values included:

  • Zach Simms, Spokane, WA, with the Brand Promise Award
  • Justin Branch, Raleigh, NC, with the “Be Nimble” and “Help First” Core Value awards
  • Michael Stampfler – Boulder, CO – “See It Through”
  • Mark Wilson – Tacoma, WA – “Have Grit”

Strategic Growth with New Openings

Growing at a tremendous pace, this quarter marks our entrance into three new states, including Scottsdale, AZ, Brighton, MI, and Friendswood, TX. With 22 locations open nationwide, our dominating growth is a testament to the strength of our model and commitment to 100% franchisee satisfaction.

As we continue to grow at an amazing rate, we’ve also bolstered our corporate support team with strategic new hires, including Chris Lambert as the Vice President of Sales and Larry Hyatt as the National Accounts Manager. Now more than ever, we want our team to be stacked with experience to play an active role in our large-scale expansion efforts.

Recent industry awards

Rounding out the month, we were notably ranked on Franchise Times Top 500 list for 2022, for the first time in our brand’s history. The highly competitive award honors the largest and leading franchise brands nationwide, a testament to our brand’s rapid growth and continued expansion.
